Due to the increasing popularity and demand for Happy Indoors’ services, we decided to set up a dedicated page where we will answer all the most common questions about us! Check some of the top inquiries and concerns we often receive below:
Do you charge delivery fees?
No. Happy Indoors offer free pick up and delivery services!
Is there a minimum amount of laundry load?
The amount of laundry load depends on the weight of your clothes. We have a minimum laundry charge of Rs 100 per kilo.
What if I’m not at home when you pick up the dirty laundry?
If you are not home when we pick up the dirty laundry, you can just simply leave the clothes outside your porch or door.
What if I’m not at home when you deliver the clean laundry?
If you are not at home when we deliver the clean laundry, we will leave the clothes on your porch or your front door. You can also leave us a message in advance to let us schedule the delivery for another time.
I forgot to leave my laundry, what do I do?
You can reschedule or give us a call if you forgot to leave your laundry. To reschedule, simply go to your account profile and click ‘Reschedule laundry pickup’. Choose your desired date and time for pick up and we will be happy to reschedule your laundry pick up.
How can I sign up for an account?
You have to sign up for an account so you can use the services of Happy Indoors. Learn how to register for an account by checking out the steps below:
- Click the signup button at the upper right corner or the bottom of the page.
- Enter your name and date of birth. Only users aged 16 and up can use our service.
- Provide a valid email address and phone number. This is where we will send your laundry updates and potential vouchers if ever we have promotions.
- Create a unique username and password.
- Re-enter your password and make sure it matches the previous one.
- Answer the CAPTCHA question correctly.
- Check the boxes to state that you have read and understood Happy Indoors’ Terms and Conditions as well as our Privacy Policies.
- Click ‘Register’ and wait for the verification link to be sent to your email address.
- Go to your email address and click the verification link.
- Wait for the link to redirect you to our website. You can now customise your profile or schedule your laundry appointment right away.
How can I schedule a laundry appointment?
Scheduling for a laundry appointment here at Happy Indoors is quick and easy! Just follow the steps below:
- Sign in to your Happy Indoors account.
- Click ‘Schedule Pick Up’.
- Select your desired date and time of pick up.
- After choosing the schedule of pick up, click ‘Confirm Appointment’.
- Our team will see if we have available slots for pickup during that scheduled time. If we do have one, we will send a verification email to your account and email address.
- Wait for your dirty laundry to be picked up. You can also message us in advance if you think you will not be home during the scheduled pickup.
